Our Lamb Leg Steak is round, thick cut, and tender. Coming from the leg of the lamb, it has great flavor and is similar to that of beef steaks. This is a must try for summer grilling!
Normally there are 2 lamb leg steaks in each package, however smaller weights may have only 1. Steaks are cut 2” thick.
