Our pasture-raised lamb liver is not only tender and flavorful, but it also contains a wealth of vital vitamins and minerals. The flavor of liver, which is high in iron and vitamin A, pairs well with onion, its typical companion. Liver can be cooked using dry heat, such as grilling or sautéing, but if it is cooked past medium rare, it becomes quite tough. You could also bast the liver because it has very little fat.
Pick-up from the farm is available by appointment only. After choosing the option at checkout and submitting your order, we will contact you directly. You can also get your farm-raised meat delivered straight to your door on Thursdays (your order must be in by Tuesday of that week).
