This sausage is lightly seasoned with a blend of salt, red pepper, sage, sugar and black pepper. It is easy to cook while delivering a rich and very savory flavor - not spicy. There are four patties per pack.

Pick-up from the farm is available by appointment only. After choosing the option at checkout and submitting your order, we will contact you directly. You can also get your farm-raised meat delivered straight to your door every other Thursday (your order must be in by Tuesday of that week).
