Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns. All purchases are final. 

Specifically with our skincare, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to offer an exchange. To start an exchange, you can contact us at hillsidemeadows.verona@gmail.com. Please note that products being exchanged will need to be sent to the following address and customer will cover return shipping cost: 4453 Pleasant Springs Rd, Carlisle, KY 40311.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
In the event your order will need to be refunded, we will notify you. The return will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-2 business days of email notification. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
