Since 2021, Hillside Meadows Farm is Animal Welfare Approved by A Greener World.

This is the only certification that assures animals are raised outdoors on pasture or range for their entire lives on an independent farm using truly sustainable, high-welfare farming techniques. Unlike most farm certifiers, AGW’s independent trained auditors visit every farm in the program at least once a year to verify they’re meeting the standards. This includes: mother-raised livestock, mostly grass-fed, adequate pasture space, safe shelter, and stress-free environments.
