Goat Milk Caramels

These goat milk caramels are oh-so creamy because of the 6% - 10% butterfat content in the goat milk. This is specifically only with the Nigerian Dwarf breed, which we milk every day on the farm. Our recipe creates a rich, delicious caramel, selling out at the first event, with different flavors like Classic and Sea Salt.

The number of caramels in each box varies, but all boxes are 5 oz.

• Classic: goat milk, brown sugar, granulated sugar, light corn syrup (corn syrup, salt, vanilla extract), butter (pasteurized sweet cream, salt), vanilla extract (water, ethyl alcohol, artificial flavor, caramel color), salt.
