Because they have thicker fat strands to help keep the meat moist, these delicious large chops are great for oven baking, grilling, or smoking. They are not top quality, which is why they are priced lower, your gain!

Packaging: There are two chops per package. Chops are 1" thick.

How to Purchase:

• Pick-up: from the farm is available by appointment only. After choosing the option at checkout and submitting your order, we will contact you directly.
• Local Delivery: straight to your door every other Thursday (your order must be in by Tuesday of that week).
• Shipment: order by 11:59 pm on Sunday to get your cuts shipped via UPS Monday-Wednesday of each week.
