Boneless Pork Chops (3/4” Thick)

Pork chops are perhaps the most valued cut of pork (following bacon of course), and for good reason. They're the ideal cut, soft with a wonderful flavor. Our pigs are 100% pasture raised, roaming over the hills and working their muscles, giving the meat a more complex taste. Having a heavy German influence in our household, we love this cut for schnitzel - even dress with a creamy mushroom sauce. 

Packaging: Two chops per pack, each 3/4" thick. Arrives sealed and frozen.

How to Purchase:

• Pick-up: from the farm is available by appointment only. After choosing the option at checkout and submitting your order, we will contact you directly.
• Local Delivery: straight to your door every other Thursday (your order must be in by Tuesday of that week).
• Shipment: order by 11:59 pm on Sunday to get your cuts shipped via UPS Monday-Wednesday of each week.
