Boneless Pork Chops (3/4” Thick)

Pork chops are perhaps the most valued cut of pork (following bacon of course), and for good reason. They're the ideal cut, soft with a wonderful flavor. Our pigs are 100% pasture raised, roaming over the hills and working their muscles, giving the meat a more complex taste. Having a heavy German influence in our household, we love this cut for schnitzel or a creamy garlic porkchop dinner.

Packaging: Two chops per pack, each 3/4" thick. Arrives sealed and frozen.
