Try out our medium sausage, having the perfect amount of spice, or cook-up our three different types of bacon: regular belly bacon, cottage bacon, or Canadian bacon (all cured & smoked for that extra flavor).  

Our cottage bacon is a personal favorite: sourced from the pork shoulder, it is more flavorful and meatier, while the Canadian bacon is a very lean cut made from a cured and smoked pork loin, being a leaner alternative.

• Chorizo sausage: ground pork, chili pepper, salt, spices, garlic powder, spice extractives, and less than 2% silicon dioxide (anticaking agent).
• Medium sausage: ground pork, salt, spices, sugar, cayenne pepper, crushed red pepper.
• Bacon: pork, salt, cane and maple sugar, sodium erythorbate (curing salt), sodium nitrite (curing salt), & sodium bicarbonate.
