Ground lamb is one of the most popular lean cuts of lamb meat because of its versatility. Most of our customers love to make lamb burgers with tzatziki sauce or shepherd's pie! This is a great cut for beginners to learn how to cook lamb, and to try it out!

Packaging: Comes in 1 lb. packages, (unless otherwise specified) ground and frozen.

How to Purchase:

• Pick-up from the farm is available by appointment only. After choosing the option at checkout and submitting your order, we will contact you directly.
• Get it delivered straight to your door every other Thursday (your order must be in by Tuesday of that week).
• Order by 11:59 pm on Sunday to get your cuts shipped via UPS Monday and Tuesday of each week.
