Lamb Liver

Our pasture-raised lamb liver is not only tender and flavorful, but it also contains a wealth of vital vitamins and minerals. The flavor of liver, which is high in iron and vitamin A, pairs well with onion, its typical companion. Liver can be cooked using dry heat, such as grilling or sautéing. 

How to Purchase:

• Pick-up from the farm is available by appointment only. After choosing the option at checkout and submitting your order, we will contact you directly.
• Get it delivered straight to your door every other Thursday (your order must be in by Tuesday of that week).
• Order by 11:59 pm on Sunday to get your cuts shipped via UPS Monday and Tuesday of each week.
