Lamb loin chops are convenient and delicious! They come from the loin, which is the area between the ribs and spine, similar to the filet mignon of beef. They cook quickly and offer some of the most flavorful and tender meat possible.

Packaging: Each pack contains 2 chops with a 2" thickness.

How to Purchase:

• Pick-up from the farm is available by appointment only. After choosing the option at checkout and submitting your order, we will contact you directly.
• Get it delivered straight to your door every other Thursday (your order must be in by Tuesday of that week).
• Order by 11:59 pm on Sunday to get your cuts shipped via UPS Monday and Tuesday of each week.
