Lamb Sampler Box

This is a perfect way to try out a variety of our pasture-raised lamb! In this bundle, you will receive ground lamb (2 lbs.), loin chops (4 chops total, 1-1.2 lbs. ), half racks of lamb (2 racks total, 0.78 - 0.90 lb.), boneless shoulder chops (2 chops total, 1.40-1.52 lbs.), and bone-in leg steaks (2 steaks total, 1.42 - 1.56 lbs.). 

Packaging: weights listed above are the total values. Cuts arrive sealed and frozen. 

How to Purchase:

• Pick-up from the farm is available by appointment only. After choosing the option at checkout and submitting your order, we will contact you directly.
• Get it delivered straight to your door every other Thursday (your order must be in by Tuesday of that week).
• Order by 11:59 pm on Sunday to get your cuts shipped via UPS Monday and Tuesday of each week.
