Lamb Shoulder Chops

We recommend cooking these delectable lamb shoulder chops low and slow because they are made from the blade and arm. It is also one of our favorite cuts to braise, so if you've never tried it, we suggest you change that immediately. Our lamb is unique due to its breed and pasture-raised lifestyle, where grass makes up the majority of the animal's diet. As a result, the meat becomes tender and has a delightful flavor.

Packaging: Each package contains two chops. Weight varies between categories, all cuts arrive sealed and frozen. 

How to Purchase:

• Pick-up from the farm is available by appointment only. After choosing the option at checkout and submitting your order, we will contact you directly.
• Get it delivered straight to your door every other Thursday (your order must be in by Tuesday of that week).
• Order by 11:59 pm on Sunday to get your cuts shipped via UPS Monday and Tuesday of each week.
