Mild Italian Pork Sausage

You do not need to be an expert chef to wow the crowd using the tangy mild Italian sausage. It has fewer spices, perfect for any occasion, lightly seasoned with salt, fennel, & pepper. And since our pigs are pasture-raised, this pork sausage has an incredible taste.

Packaging: each package is 0.90-1lb. and ground. Cuts arrive sealed and frozen. 

How to Purchase:

• Pick-up from the farm is available by appointment only. After choosing the option at checkout and submitting your order, we will contact you directly.
• Get it delivered straight to your door every other Thursday (your order must be in by Tuesday of that week).
• Order by 11:59 pm on Sunday to get your cuts shipped via UPS Monday and Tuesday of each week.
