Chorizo is a blend of spices incorporated in ground pork, including a vibrant mix of chili pepper, salt, garlic powder, and other spices like paprika, and oregano, giving it a bold flavor and reddish color. It is often used for breakfast meals, soups and stews, queso, and other dinner dishes like tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and tortillas.
