Pork butt, despite the name, is not from a pig’s rear end. The butt roast cut comes from the thicker part of the shoulder area. It has a lot of marbling, which makes it the perfect meat for slow roasting. This cut is popular for pulled pork recipes or roasted in the oven - it is very versatile.

How to Purchase:

• Pick-up: from the farm is available by appointment only. After choosing the option at checkout and submitting your order, we will contact you directly.
• Local Delivery: straight to your door every other Thursday (your order must be in by Tuesday of that week).
• Shipment: order by 11:59 pm on Sunday to get your cuts shipped via UPS Monday-Wednesday of each week.
