Our new Ham Roast is the perfect centerpiece of any meal. Unsmoked and uncut, this lean cut comes from the hind and is renowned for its flavor. These are great for smoking or roasting in the oven, and you'll appreciate having some leftovers!

How to Purchase:

• Pick-up: from the farm is available by appointment only. After choosing the option at checkout and submitting your order, we will contact you directly.
• Local Delivery: straight to your door every other Thursday (your order must be in by Tuesday of that week).
• Shipment: order by 11:59 pm on Sunday to get your cuts shipped via UPS Monday-Wednesday of each week.
