Pork Tenderloin

The muscle that runs from the pig's hip to the shoulder produces an extremely tender and delicate portion of meat, known as the tenderloin. We recommend adding some seasoning - spice rubs, marinades, sauces, stuffings, and other preparations will enhance the flavor of the piece. At your upcoming dinner party, our pork tenderloin will look beautiful enough to serve as the main course. It can also be used for a more low-key event, like a family meal on a weeknight.

How to Purchase:

• Pick-up: from the farm is available by appointment only. After choosing the option at checkout and submitting your order, we will contact you directly.
• Local Delivery: straight to your door every other Thursday (your order must be in by Tuesday of that week).
• Shipment: order by 11:59 pm on Sunday to get your cuts shipped via UPS Monday-Wednesday of each week.
