This box includes:

• 2 packs mild pork patties (1lb per package, each package contains 4 patties individually separated)
• 2 packs of ground mild pork sausage
• 2 packs premium smoked & sliced bacon (1lb per package)
• 1 pack Canadian bacon

• 1 pack smoked cottage bacon

This bundle has all the pork you could need for a fantastic, flavorful breakfast! You will receive ground cuts, like our ground mild sausage and mild pork patties. This box also contains three different types of bacon - including best-in-Kentucky smoked belly bacon.

Our cottage bacon is a personal favorite: sourced from the pork shoulder - then deboned, smoked, and sliced. Because it comes from a leaner portion of the pig, compared to the pork belly used for traditional bacon, it is more flavorful and meatier.

Smoked Canadian bacon is a very lean bacon made from a cured and smoked pork loin, coming from the pig's back. It is a leaner alternative to traditional belly bacon and, after a light frying, is often used in sandwiches, on pizzas, or in quiches.

• Bacon: pork, salt, cane and maple sugar, sodium erythorbate (curing salt), sodium nitrite (curing salt), & sodium bicarbonate.
