Small Pork Mixed Sampler

This sampler is a great mix of pork cuts - from mild bratwurst to breakfast sausage and mild patties, it offers a versatile variation to try out our delicious pasture-raised pork. 

Our cottage bacon is a personal favorite: sourced from the pork shoulder - then deboned, smoked, and sliced. Because it comes from a leaner portion of the pig, compared to the pork belly used for traditional bacon, it is more flavorful and meatier.

This box includes:

• 1 pack mild pork patties (1lb per package, each package contains 4 patties individually separated)
• 1 pack of mild Italian pork sausage (1lb.)
• 1 pack of mild pork sausage (1lb.)
• 1 package of premium smoked & sliced regular bacon (1lb per package)
• 1 package of smoked & sliced cottage bacon (1lb per package)
• 1 package of mild bratwurst (1lb package, 4 brats per package)
