Smoked Cottage Bacon

Our brand new bacon cut, sourced from the pork shoulder - then deboned, smoked, and sliced. Because it comes from a leaner portion of the pig, compared to the pork belly used for traditional bacon, it is more flavorful and meatier. This has become a popular cut very quickly!

Packaging: bacon is sliced into 1 lb. packs each. Cuts arrive frozen.
