Boneless Pork Chop (3/4" Thick) - Grade B

These chops are delicious for oven baking with potatoes, or cooking a smothering pork chop recipe. They contain thicker strands of fat, which some prefer to keep the meat moist during the cooking process. 

Packaging: Two chops per pack, each 3/4" thick. Arrives sealed and frozen.

How to Purchase:

• Pick-up: from the farm is available by appointment only. After choosing the option at checkout and submitting your order, we will contact you directly.
• Local Delivery: straight to your door every other Thursday (your order must be in by Tuesday of that week).
• Shipment: order by 11:59 pm on Sunday to get your cuts shipped via UPS Monday-Wednesday of each week.
