Pork Sirloin Roast

This is a brand new cut and it has quickly risen to fame. Similar to that of a beef roast, this savory cut can be used in a variety of ways. It's often roasted whole, but can also be cut into thick chops or sliced thin for stir-fries or other dishes. You can slow-cook, set it in your smoker or grill for a fantastic dinner. 

How to Purchase:

• Pick-up: from the farm is available by appointment only. After choosing the option at checkout and submitting your order, we will contact you directly.
• Local Delivery: straight to your door every other Thursday (your order must be in by Tuesday of that week).
• Shipment: order by 11:59 pm on Sunday to get your cuts shipped via UPS Monday-Wednesday of each week.
