This box includes: 

• 2 racks of spare ribs
• 1 pork loin (3lbs.)
• 1 Boston butt shoulder roast 
• 2 packages of bone-in chops (2 chops per package)
• 2 packages of belly bacon (smoked, cured, and sliced, 1lb. each))
• 2 packages of ground pork (1lb. each)
• 2 packages of mild bratwurst (4 links per package, 1lb. each)
• 1 package of pork jowl (smoked, sliced, and cured, 1lb.)
