Spare Rib Bundles

For our grill lovers, get a bundle of our delicious pork spare ribs to cook up for dinner! Spare ribs are taken from the belly side of the rib cage, below the section of back ribs, and above the sternum, making them flatter and more tender than back ribs.

Packaging: Each bundle contains 4 half racks as seen in images. Weight options listed are the total lbs. 

How to Purchase:

• Pick-up: from the farm is available by appointment only. After choosing the option at checkout and submitting your order, we will contact you directly.
• Local Delivery: straight to your door every other Thursday (your order must be in by Tuesday of that week).
• Shipment: order by 11:59 pm on Sunday to get your cuts shipped via UPS Monday-Wednesday of each week.
