Full Spare Rib Rack

Those ready for grilling season, these full racks are perfect for you! Spare ribs are taken from the belly side of the rib cage, below the section of back ribs, and above the sternum, making them flatter and more tender than back ribs.

How to Purchase:

• Pick-up: from the farm is available by appointment only. After choosing the option at checkout and submitting your order, we will contact you directly.
• Local Delivery: straight to your door every other Thursday (your order must be in by Tuesday of that week).
• Shipment: order by 11:59 pm on Sunday to get your cuts shipped via UPS Monday-Wednesday of each week.
