Looking to add some kick to your meal? Try out our pork sausage with added heat, which includes cayenne pepper, salt, sugar, black pepper, and red pepper. Although it adds some spice, the sausage cooks well with a delicious flavor. Get some special premium cuts, including our best-in-Kentucky smoked belly bacon, ground medium sausage, and extra hot pork patties. 

Our cottage bacon is a personal favorite: sourced from the pork shoulder - then deboned, smoked, and sliced. Because it comes from a leaner portion of the pig, compared to the pork belly used for traditional bacon, it is more flavorful and meatier.

Smoked Canadian bacon is a very lean bacon made from a cured and smoked pork loin, coming from the pig's back. It is a leaner alternative to traditional belly bacon and, after a light frying, is often used in sandwiches, on pizzas, or in quiches.
